Trick or Treat...last call!

I've had this card laying around my scraproom for a few weeks and kept meaning to put it up and didn't, so it's gonna be the last one for this year :)

This little image is sooo cute I couldn't resist coloring him....

Bobblehead Halloween Devil

This image came from Bugaboo stamps, and they currently have all their Halloween and Fall digital stamps marked 50%!!

What I used to make this little devil ~
All paper is from Stampin Up! ~ Basic Black and the Fright Night DSP
I used my Prisma pencils to color him in.

Happy Halloween!!

Beach Bum!

If you're here for the Mr. Cricut Crazy Design Team Blog Hop click here.

For my friends in the northern area that are preparing to have snow possibly tonight and tomorrow I thought I would do a warm card for you.  Sending warm thoughts your way :)

The image was a freebie from Di's Digi Downloads that I've had for awhile now so I'm not sure if you could still find it on her site, but you should still check her out 'cause she has a lot of cute images!!

The sentiment is from the Mr. Cricut Crazy stamp set titled Summertime Fun

Meljen's Designs Challenge #82

If you're here for the Mr. Cricut Crazy Design Team Blog Hop click here.  Otherwise, hang out a while and check out what I'm doing today.

Here is a card I made for the Meljen's Designs Challenge Blog.  The challenge was to do something Christmas.  If you're wondering what my sentiment means, it is a term that is used in the Army to show agreement or that a soldier understands what is being told to him.  To me this term was perfect for the sentiment on my card, instead of doing the traditional HO HO HO :) I hope you like what I've done ~

This image is Roger the Army Reindeer from Meljen's Designs, isn't he just the cutest!

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Mother Goose Blog Hop!!!!

Hi everyone welcome to the Mother Goose Blog Hop.  By now you've learned the history of Mother Goose and seen some cute and adorable projects along the way, and I hope to not disappoint.

If you've come from Michele's blog and seen her awesome project than you're on the right track for the hop.  If you've just happened on to my blog then you might want to start at the beginning which is The Scrapbooking Queen's blog.

My nursery rhyme was Hickory Dickory Dock because I LOVED the clock and it had a MOUSE on it, how could I turn that down!!!  For those that don't remember how the nursery rhyme goes, here ya go....
Hickory Dickory Dock
The mouse ran up the clock
The clock struck one
The mouse ran down
Hickory Dickory Dock

I looked at this Mother Goose thing a little differently and went vintage with it, to me the Goose has been around a long time which makes her vintage..right?  I'm not gonna lie, this was a total challenge for me.  I've never done anything vintage looking and what I saw in my head didn't quite make it to the paper, but haven't we all been there at one time or another?
Note ~ this is the first layout I've done that didn't have a picture in it.
Here is a closeup picture of the Hickory Dickory Dock image from Meljen's Designs, isn't the image adorable.

The Queen is giving away some great blog candy for this hop which is a Mother Goose digi prize sponsored by Meljen's Designs.

Here's what you need to do to win these cute images ~
1.  Become a follower of The Queen's blog and comment,
2.  Like Meljen's Design FB page....tell them The Queen sent ya,
For an extra chance to win .....
3.  Become a follower of Meljen's Designs Blog
For an extra chance to win .....
4.  Become a follower of all the blogs and comment on The Queen's blog that you've done so.

Your next stop on the hop is Mary and I'm sure her project will be awesome as usual!!!

Here's the blog lineup in case you get lost along the way.....

From our home to yours

WOW, I have not been a good blogger since I got my new blog....where have I been???  Well, I've been busy coloring and getting ready for a couple of hops that are coming up on my blog...one is this weekend and should be fun - it's the Mother Goose Blog Hop sponsored by The Scrapbooking Queen herself.  So make sure you stop by this weekend sometime, the hop is going on for 3 days so there will be plenty of time.

In the meantime, I thought I would post a couple of projects that have been sitting on my desk ready to post but just haven't made it to the blog.

I colored this image a couple of months ago and never had the right stamp to go with it, till the new Christmas Christmas stamps came out from Mr. Cricut Crazy.
