Snappy Birthday with an Action Wobble!!

Good morning and welcome to this week's Action Wobble project.

I am actually in Las Vegas this week for the Create-n-Connect (the old Craft & Hobby Association) Conference and I promise you I'm having a WONDERFUL time by the time you are seeing this.

This week I made a cute and simple birthday card for you with an Action Wobble.

The turtles head is the only part on a wobble and it looks like this underneath ~

The turtle is an SVG cut from Miss Kate Cuttables titled "Turtle" and he's in the $.50 category now if you'd like to grab him for yourself.

For more information on this and other Action Wobble projects please visit the Action Wobble blog and become a follower so you don't miss anything.

If you don't have any Action Wobbles of your own you can pick them up at the Royal Shoppe  and you won't be disappointed - they give life to all your projects :)   Warning:  they are addictive!

Friendship is the sweetest flower with CANDi

Hi everyone, are you ready for a little CANDi fun today!!!!
For today's project I used the "Love Parade Cherry Red" CANDi to create my flowers.  Don't you just LOVE the name!!  When I was making Washi flowers for the Washi Up! Challenge I got the idea to try with the CANDi too so I made two cards, one with each and I'm soooo thrilled with how the CANDI came out on this one (hope you love it too)!!!

Here's a package of the "Love Parade Cherry Red" CANDI,
and you get TONS of them in one pouch!

There are several other options for the CANDi product which you can find at the store link, along with other products from Craftwork Cards ~ Happy Shopping!!

Wednesday Washi Up! Challenge

Hi everyone and welcome to the Washi Up! Challenge.

If you're new to my blog, I hope you'll play along with our Washi Up! Challenge that we do EVERY Wednesday.  Each week it's a new DT member that hosts the challenge and this week it's ME!!

The challenge this week is to use Washi tape to make flowers.  Your project can be anything to qualify but your flowers must be made using Washi Tape.  You can use any color combo that you like.

Here's what I did for this weeks challenge ~

Don't know how to make flowers?? Well, here's any easy way and the way I did it...cut strips of Washi tape in 3" strips then fold them over in half, that makes the petals of your flowers.  You can make them any size you like.

Here are the rules of the challenge ~ You MUST use Washi Tape to make flowers.  It doesn't have to match mine of course, you can use whatever colors you have.

Don't have any Washi tape, and wanna get your own?? You can purchase all kinds of designs of Washi tape here.  Please enter the challenge by going to the Washi Up! Challenge Blog, here.

Get "Whale" Soon with an Action Wobble!!

Well, I'm finally back from vacation and have spent the last week getting over the "vacation lag" and the cold that came with it :(

It's been really fun getting back into my room for a little crafty fun.  I have some ideas for some really cute things coming up - hopefully my hands can create what my mind dreams up.  My mind has such awesome ideas and it's like my hands just can't keep up ~ makes me crazy!

Oh well ~ with that being said, here's this weeks Action Wobble project ~

This is what it looks like opened up - it's basically a "short" easel card, like a pack a matches but bigger.

This is what the Action Wobble looks like underneath your image.  I'm sorry this picture is blurry, I tried several times but my camera was not being very cooperative.

If you don't have any Action Wobbles of your own you can pick them up at the Royal Shoppe  and you won't be disappointed - they give life to all your projects :)   Warning:  they are addictive!
