Here’s another layout I completed after getting back from my first crop.  See how much inspiration and enthusiasm I had when I got back home!

This was my first layout for my BOOK.

Not sure if you can tell but I inked the edges of the picture mats, not bad for a beginner huh :)  I also used stickles around the words and frames.

My first “official” crop !!

This was a pretty busy month for me as far as scrapbooking goes.  I went to my first weekend crop and met the NICEST people!!  I told them that I had been making layouts and framing them because putting them in a book was for some reason, VERY intimidating to me.  They laughed, as I suspected they would, and then were very encouraging and inspirational.  When I got home from the crop I sat down and completed my first layout to be displayed in a BOOK !!  It was so awesome and exciting that I kept going and ended up making several others to go in my book.
