This month I have been participating in a card swap with a theme of Birthdays. I have to make 13 cards in all, and they could be the same or different. I chose to make 13 different ones. Here are the ones I have done so far :)

Busy, busy, busy …
I have been pretty busy the last week or so making cards. I am participating in a card swap for the first time and it’s really fun! It’s giving me a chance to use the Viva Decor pens I got at CHA and a few other little goodies, I don’t wanna give away ALL my secrets yet =). Once I get a few more cards made I’ll post em online.

Get Whale Soon!
This is a card I made for a friend who just went through surgery, I think she’ll like it :)
What you’ll need -
White card stock 8 1/2 x 11, cut in half and folded to make an A2 card
Blue card stock (or any other color you like)
Ribbon is stock from AC Moore craft store
Create a Critter cricut cartridge
I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the blue paper, and my EK Success bubble punch for the bottom border, then attached the ribbon. The whale is cut at 3” and layered from the Create a Critter cartridge. I applied Waterfall Stickles to the top of head where the water was coming out. The 3 dots on the left bottom corner are done with the Light Blue Viva Decor Pen, and the stamp is on the bottom right corner is from the Punny-licious line from My Pink Stamper.
New Cuttlebug coming
Here are some pics of the new Cuttlebug coming out soon. They made some changes to the handle and the crank to make it easier for storage.
The top handle is now permanently out and the side crank will now fold into the side of the machine when not in use. Everything else is the same and it seems like it’s a little bigger than the current Cuttlebug.
Back from CHA :)
What an awesome time I had !! It took me a day and half to really go through everything and make sure I didn’t miss anything, which I was really glad I took the time cause the 2nd day I went back I found something that was on my list that I hadn’t seen the first day. I was really upset cause I forgot my camera but luckily I had my phone for some pictures, which almost died on me the 1st day. I got a LOT of neat stuff and haven’t had to much time for play with it, I guess I should do a “haul” video for Tanner, or I could take pics of what I brought home…hhmmm that just might work :)
Here’s a picture of someone I met and LOVE …. Robyn from My Pink Stamper!! She is sooo awesome in person, just like she is on her videos. I also met Karlee from Karlee’s Krafts, and I’m the only one with my eyes closed … geeesh!!
