As you probably know, I have been the Guest "Craft Doctor" over at Heartstring Designs this month, and have been showcasing their August kit "Life's a Party" on Wednesday's  and Friday's.  I have to tell ya, I've had such an awesome time working with this kit this month and if you haven't picked up yours you better hurry before they're all gone. 

If you're not familiar with Heartstring Designs", they are a monthly scrapbooking/crafting/mixed media kit company that specializes in unique and one of a kind kits ~ and boy they!  You can read all about them here. 

This is what the kit looks like when it gets to your house, well, it's in a box of course ~

This is what they call the "Classic Housecalls kit" meaning it's a 12 x 12 kit.  All paper is double sided except for the 3 sheets to the left which is solid cardstock.  They offer a mini kit where the papers are 6 x 12 if you're wanting smaller sheets, and also a combo kit of both when you need just a little more than 12 x 12.

As you can see the quality of the products is AMAZING, this is not your average kit club by any means. 

Here's my projects using the "Life's a Party" kit ~

On my 2nd layout I added some of my own embellishments NOT included in the kit. The flourishes are mine and I used my Viva Decor Pearl Pens to add the colored dots on the polka dot paper to tie in the colors with the background. Here's a closeup of how it looks.
